Body Water Retention: Is it Stopping You See Your Abs?

Body water retention is a common problem for people trying to lose weight. The truth is that although there may be still some enlarged fat cells surrounding the abdominal muscles, there will also be a great deal of water stored around there as well.

Here is the test - does your belly move like jelly, when stretched and released? If it does and it's quite soft then chances are your body water retention is high.

Here are some body water retention remedies:
