Please note that this calculator will only give you a rough estimate. Depending on your activity level, you may require more or less calories.

If your goal is to lose weight the healthy way then consume no more than 500 calories less than your BMR daily. For example if your BMR is 2000 calories, aim for a diet of between 1500 and 1800 calories per day for fat loss.
